This place is the best! Super chill, super fast, and super good.

Been coming here for years and they stay consistant. Great, authentic eats for a great price.

I dont make it out to this place that often cause....St Johns...yikes, but everytime I do stop by they be like, "Wud up, holmes!' that and the food is quality priced lower than TacoHell. Clearly you can see why they're "King Burrito"

NoPo classic burritos. Eat where mexicans eat. Friendly staff. Good Hours, mind blowing prices. Zero fish tacos.

This place is an institution! If you are in the Columbia Park area, it is worth the trip to go for the excellent food at the some of the best prices in the city. The staff work to be friendly, even when they are swampped, and this goes a long way with me. I appreciate them.

First time decent. Second time horrible experience. Guess I’m spoiled from Southern California Mexican food. The cooks didn’t care at all. Everything taste like salt with no flavor. Will NEVER go here again; better off driving 6+ for REAL Mexican food.

Always a great place for quality Mexican food. King Burrito with ground beef is awesome! Kids think the beans and rice rival the best in town. House salsas are green and red and squirt out of the bottle. Pick de Gallo come if you order chips and salsa. Keep nd of wish for a more "chippable" salsa, but iver all good flavor. Great service and good prices. Can't go wrong!

One of the best places to get burritos, tacos, nachos and they have American food as well that seems to be popular but I have yet to try.The chefs work fast to help lots of people eat great food. This place has never let me down.

I don't dislike this place. The food is still AMAZING. But the service has gone to the wayside. The last time I was there I waited 30 minutes for my food. It was accidentally given to a Postmates delivery person.

Had a not on the menu item. Carne asada frys. Amazing. Frys, guac, sour cream, steak, beans. And a carne asada burrito to go for later. It was awesome. Very nice staff.

As a Mexican i appreciate when people cooks good Mexican food, but burritos are not Mexican food is texmex food. The lengua burritos and the machaca are my favorites

Straight up no lie. This was the best burrito I've had outside California & best burrito I've had in approximately 17 years. Carnitas was on point with little crispy bits from the flat top & black beans replacing refried was a wise choice. Added rice due to my burrito selection not coming with. Avocado was fresh & ripe. I enjoyed seeing that a business like this, has been around since 1970 & I believe the woman I spoke to was probably the original owner. Nice short conversation about horchata. Great fast mecican food! Shedded beef hard shell tacos on point.

I grew up in Southern California and when I moved here, I was on the hunt for good Mexican food. King Burrito is better than good. It’s great!

Been eating here since I was 11 years old ! Love it my favorite feel at home Mexican food ! For new customers I recommend my go to's Double cheeseburger with a egg & bacon Chili cheese fries Horchata ! Pastor tacos Lengua tacos Combination 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨 - shredded meat / drizzled in spicy sauce, lots of cheese and beans omg ... Asada supreme quesadilla ! They put green sauce inside !!!

Their tacos are amazing. Mainly I think it's the green sauce (guacamole?) but still some of the best! I went here twice while visiting Portland and I'm a little sad I can't have their tacos anymore.

Cheap and decent burrito. Black beans available. Need to add cheese and rice, but they have never charged me to do so. Asada is well butchered and flavorful.

No frills Tucson cooking. King taco and carne asada tacos and delicious. Orchata . Peeps if your expecting endless chips and salsa then go back to your chipolte ! Taco's are 1.75, come on your going to gripe about chips and salsa? This place is easy in and easy out with cheap good eats! Traditional stand (Tucson, Mexico) atmosphere. I love this place❤️👍

Truly Mexican food. No frills. Great place for taking the whole family as a little noise and ancy child aren't going to bother this crowd. Kitchen style seating. Very inexpensive.

Food was good and prices were fair.

The amount of guacamole on the tacos was disappointing, but the guacamole itself was amazing! And the chicken burrito enchilada style was the best one I've had at that price. The fajita tacos are not that good, but the steal tacos had tons of flavor. Just pick what you like and you'll love it!

Their food is great but you can't go off their online menu for prices. The prices show considerably less than what they actually charge.

Yum! Affordable and delicious quick-service Mexican style food. Conveniently located in North Portland, King Burrito serves up authentic tasting Mexican fare to any and all hungry souls. Their menu offers up a wide range of food choices. From tacos de lengua to American style hamburgers... and everything in between! I'm a fan of their bacon breakfast burritos, they're such a treat! Their drink selection includes water, horchata (cinnamon rice milk) and other beverages like soda. They have indoor seating, a pickled vegetable bar, and enough bottles of salsa for everyone to enjoy. Parking is in the back, customers can walk in from either side of the restaurant. The team of cooks are professional, bilingual, and most importantly very efficient. Take a moment to look over the menu, try something different, and have some fun!

I had to change my review to 2 stars due to the fact that they changed the rules (during the pandemic) to allow as many people as possible into their restaurant. I did not feel safe at all (there were probably 15 or more people in there). To top it off both my partner and I's bean and cheese burritos had meat in them.

Favorite Mexican food in the city of Portland. They're affordable and huge portioning. Their green sauce is the best EVER and their refried beans are the best I've ever had hands down.

Literally the best tacos. Hard shell are my favorite. They have the best al pastor I’ve had in Portland honestly. They are very sweet and they definitely have the best bean and cheese burrito I’ve ever had. Always on POINT. I’m sad I’ll be moving so far away but you know ya girl is gonna make the trip cause they’ve got the best tacos 🌮

We got the regular Al pastor burrito and the enchilada style Al pastor burrito and honestly couldn't decide which one was better. There's no rice and lots of meat and their enchilada sauce is delicious. The flavors are fantastic, the prices are awesome, and the service is super quick.

Their $6 breakfast burritos are a staple. Staff is super friendly. Good guy making good food taking care of people.

Very authentic Mexican food! It's absolutely delicious I went there for the king burrito, I was not disappointed! I'm going back to try the tacos! The staff is friendly welcoming. The place is rugged and has a atmosphere of being in Mexico, it's awesome! I can't wait to go back!

All hail the King! Probably still the best burrito in town. If your appetite calls for a meal the size of your forearm, look no further. May be a little pricey, but you ain't getting a burrito, you're getting a BURRITO.
